Happy Tuesday, party people! I hope everyone had a nice, long President’s Day weekend. I’ll share a bit more about the fun I had at the end of this email because I don’t want to stall on making sure you’ve had a chance to see this book trailer that fellow author Diana Belchase put together to promote the romance anthology Craving My Roommate, which will feature my short story “Frenching My Flatmate.”

In the meantime, the second big thing I wanted to do was give my readers and newsletter subscribers the opportunity to VOTE on the cover I use to promote my short story within the larger anthology. Craving My Roommate already has its own cover, but it is common to have a cover for your own short story to promote it and for if it’s no longer part of that anthology one day.
So I have two very different versions of a “Frenching My Flatmate” cover mocked up. Wrapping back to my fun this past weekend, I had a blast on a quick trip to Charlottesville for a dear friend’s (named Charlotte!) 40th birthday celebration, minus the kiddos! Below are a few photo highlights of the fun, from an 80s-themed dinner and dancing to pickleball, Pippin Hill Farm Winery, to a chef dinner and playing Hitster!
